Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 package Egg Noodles 12 oz package
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is tender.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Cook until heated through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
