  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
