Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. 2. Add the chopped mint and basil leaves to the bowl.
  3. 3. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
