- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken thighs in the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
