- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Water
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and water.
Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
