Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 inch Ginger sliced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Boil the water in a kettle.
2. Add sliced ginger to the teapot.
3. Pour boiling water over the ginger and let it steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into cups.
5. Add honey and lemon juice to each cup and stir well.
