Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for another minute.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  5. Add coconut milk, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
