  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs skinless, bone-in
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and red chili powder.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Serve hot with naan or rice and enjoy!
