Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 lbs pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
  3. 3. Pour water and apple cider vinegar into the Instant Pot. Place the ribs upright in the pot, wrapping them around the inside.
  4. 4. Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 25 minutes. Allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce.
  6. 6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
  7. 7. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
