Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Dried rosemary

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add the lamb chunks. Brown the meat on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Add the carrots, celery, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for another hour until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
