Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and ham, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Push ingredients to the side, pour beaten eggs into the pan, scramble until cooked.
Add cooked rice, pineapple, and soy sauce, stir well.
Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
