Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite pasta or sauce.
