Meatballs
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite pasta or sauce.
