Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and fresh basil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
