Italian Sausage Peppers and Onions Recipe

- 4 links Italian sausage
- 2 large bell peppers sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onions and peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Slice the sausages into 1-inch pieces and return to the skillet. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
