Main Ingredients
- 4 Sub rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 8 slices Salami
- 8 slices Ham
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
2. Layer the provolone cheese, salami, and ham on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices.
4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies.
5. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
6. Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll and serve immediately.
