  • 2 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and chop.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Spread the egg mixture onto a slice of bread and top with another slice.
  4. 4. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve.
