Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe
A quick and easy recipe for delicious kimchi fried rice.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Kimchi chopped
- 2 tablespoon Kimchi juice
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds for garnish
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove from wok and set aside.
Add the kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice, kimchi juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and mix well.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
