King Ranch Chicken Casserole
A classic Tex-Mex casserole with layers of chicken, tortillas, and a creamy, cheesy sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the soups, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and chili powder.
Layer half of the tortillas in the bottom of a baking dish.
Top with half of the chicken, half of the soup mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
