King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soups, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and chili powder.
  3. Layer half of the tortillas in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Top with half of the chicken, half of the soup mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
