Korean Ground Beef Bowl Recipe
A quick and easy Korean-inspired dish with ground beef, served over rice.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Drain any excess fat. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
