Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pack Soft tofu
  • 1 cup Kimchi chopped
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chopped kimchi and cook for a few minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and sliced mushrooms. Stir well.
  5. 5. Gently add the soft tofu, breaking it into chunks. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
