Korean Street Toast
A delicious and quick Korean street food sandwich with a mix of veggies, egg, and ham.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup Carrot, shredded
- 2 slices Ham
- 2 slices Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded cabbage and carrot with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Beat the eggs and add them to the vegetable mixture.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
4. Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the pan, forming a patty. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. In the same pan, cook the ham slices until slightly crispy.
6. Toast the bread slices in the pan with the remaining butter.
7. Assemble the sandwich: place the egg patty on a slice of bread, add a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, and sprinkle with sugar. Top with another slice of bread.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
