Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef liver
  • 2 Large onions, sliced
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse liver and pat dry. Slice into thin strips.
  2. 2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver in flour mixture.
  3. 3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Push onions to the side of the skillet. Add liver and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Serve liver with onions on top.
