Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lobster tails cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Chives chopped
  • 4 pieces Hot dog buns split top
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes, until they are bright red and fully cooked. Let them cool, then chop the meat into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well to combine.
  3. 3. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. 4. Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture. Serve immediately.
