Ingredients

  • 2 whole lobsters cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon chives chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the lobsters in a large pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes or until bright red. Let them cool, then chop the meat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. 3. Add the chopped lobster meat, celery, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped chives and serve chilled.
