  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Diced Celery
  • ½ cup Diced Red Onion
  • ¼ cup Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, dill pickle relish, and mustard.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
