Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Bake salmon in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
