Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake
A quick and easy chocolate mug cake you can make in the microwave.

Main Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon chocolate chips optional
In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips if using.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
Let cool for a couple of minutes before eating.
