Main Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl.
Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Add butter to the mixture.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir.
Microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again.
If needed, microwave for an additional 10-20 seconds until eggs are set.
