- 4 slices Bread
- 2 slices Ham
- 2 slices Turkey
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar for dusting
- ¼ cup Jam optional, for serving
1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
2. Assemble the sandwiches by layering ham, turkey, and cheese between two slices of bread.
3. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
5. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove from skillet and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with jam if desired.
