Ingredients 

Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Mix buttermilk and hot sauce in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
