- 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
Mix buttermilk and hot sauce in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
