Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • cup Sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
