  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Berries optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  2. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
  3. 3. In the morning, stir the oats and add fresh berries if desired. Enjoy!
