  • 1 cup Oats rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk any kind
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the oat mixture. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve warm.
