- 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the red snapper fillets.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
