Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender.
Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, beans, and pasta.
Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until pasta is cooked.
Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
