Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Olives sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Pour over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
