Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 Red Onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup Black Olives sliced
  • 100 g Feta Cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, and crumbled feta cheese. Pour the dressing over and toss to combine.
