Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Noodles any type
- ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce optional
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, water, sesame oil, and chili sauce until smooth.
Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut butter sauce until well coated.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
