Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 2 medium red onions, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 yellow chili pepper, sliced optional
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb frozen French fries, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped for garnish
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. 2. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the onions, tomatoes, and chili pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce and red wine vinegar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked French fries and toss everything together.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
