Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

- 1 lb chipped ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch black pepper to taste
1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and stir to coat the ham with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve hot on buns or rolls.
