Pittsburgh Ham Barbecues Recipe
A simple and delicious Pittsburgh-style ham barbecue recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb sliced ham
- 1 cup ketchup
- 0.5 cup water
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 hamburger buns
Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and mustard in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sliced ham to the sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the ham mixture on hamburger buns.
