Pork Chops in Garlic Mushroom Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Cook pork chops in the skillet until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add garlic and thyme, cook for another minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream, stir and let it simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
6. Return pork chops to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
