Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the diced pork and cook until browned.
Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
Push the pork mixture to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
