Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the cubed pork shoulder and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pot. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for another hour or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
