Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the pork is tender.
  5. 5. Remove pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
