- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the pork is tender.
5. Remove pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
