Instructions
1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
2. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill mushrooms for 5 minutes on each side until tender.
4. Place cheese on mushrooms during the last minute of cooking, if using.
5. Assemble burgers with buns, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
