Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Burger buns split and toasted
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Red onion sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill mushrooms for 5 minutes on each side until tender.
  4. 4. Place cheese on mushrooms during the last minute of cooking, if using.
  5. 5. Assemble burgers with buns, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
