Pressure Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and delicious beef stew made quickly in a pressure cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into chunks
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Red wine optional
- 4 Carrots, chopped
- 4 Potatoes, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Brown the beef in the pressure cooker on sauté mode.
2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary.
4. Pour in beef broth and red wine, if using.
5. Add carrots and potatoes.
6. Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
7. Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
