Ingredients 

Ramen Buns

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles any flavor, discard seasoning
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Toppings

  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and soy sauce together. Add the cooled ramen noodles and mix well.
  3. Divide the noodle mixture into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a bun shape using your hands or a mold.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the noodle buns for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  5. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  6. In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty between two noodle buns. Add lettuce, tomato, and cheese if desired.
