Ramen Burger Recipe
A fun twist on the classic burger, using ramen noodles as the bun.

Ramen Buns
- 2 packs Ramen noodles any flavor, discard seasoning
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Toppings
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Cheese optional
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and soy sauce together. Add the cooled ramen noodles and mix well.
Divide the noodle mixture into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a bun shape using your hands or a mold.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the noodle buns for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty between two noodle buns. Add lettuce, tomato, and cheese if desired.
