- 1 package ramen noodles, crushed
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 0.5 cup sliced almonds
- 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cup chopped green onions
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.25 cup white vinegar
- 1 packet ramen seasoning
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sugar, white vinegar, and ramen seasoning.
Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
