Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.

3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
